Let’s talk about your project!
Select from my available time slots and fill in some additional details. Once scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation, as well as a link to my “Getting to Know You” questionnaire. Please take time to fill that out, so that we can cover everything in the call.
Introductory Call
30 minute call
I will call you at the number provided to go over your project details and any questions you may have. If we’re a good fit, we’ll set a date, time and location(s) for your session!
Proposal, Contract, and Invoice
All the legal stuff.
After our call, I will prepare and send you my custom proposal, contract, and invoice for the session retainer and fees. These can be paid straight from the invoice in an easy and convenient online payment portal.
The contract being signed, and the retainer payment, are required to book your session. It is for both your protection and mine.
Pay Session Retainer
Reserve Your Date!
In order to reserve your session date and time, the session retainer needs to be paid ASAP. I will do my best to accommodate your needs, but please know that dates and times can book up fast. This guarantees your spot.
Planning Phase
Planning, posing, and style!
I will reach out to you via email with any questions I may have. I will also include:
- A link to my style guide and tips
- A general posing workflow for the session
- Ask for any additional details or requests to finalize our session plan
Final Payment
Final payment is due!
Session must be paid in full at least 2 days prior to the session date.
Session Day
Let’s capture your moment!
Please try to have all parties arrive 15 minutes early so that we can all get settled and start on time. We can go over any last minute questions or details if you have any.
Feedback
How did we do?
The day after your session, you will receive an email requesting your feedback, along with a sneak peak from your session. The link will be to a short survey that only takes a few minutes to complete.

Gallery Delivery
Your photos are done!
It can take around 2 weeks to complete the editing process for your session. Once completed, they will be uploaded to your personal, password protected, online gallery. You will be able to download your allotted photos and opt to purchase additional images or other products available in the store.
